Getting Around
Our home is conveniently situated for easy travel throughout the area. We offer complimentary parking for two cars in the driveway, and thanks to our corner lot location, additional street parking is available. Please limit to four cars for overnight parking. For explorations beyond Glendale, the major highways are readily accessible, making travel around Phoenix a breeze. Whether you're heading to ASU West for a campus tour, visiting Banner Medical, or venturing further afield, our home serves as an ideal base. Also, don't forget to explore Glendale itself, a city rich in charm and attractions. Despite its quiet residential setting, our home is just a short drive away from various shops, restaurants, parks, and cultural sites. Please ensure you adhere to local parking regulations when using street parking.

- 100% refund until 24 hours after booking accepted

Limit of 3 pets per stay. $100 per pet, per stay. No pets on the beds or the furniture. No pets allowed in the pool. Heating the pool is $45 per day additional. Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you would like to have the pool heated prior to your stay. Neighborhood Considerations: No parties. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Please respect neighborhood quiet time from 9 PM - 8 AM. Noise monitors are present in the home and on the patio. We spent 2 nights with our friends before they flew home. Their boys 8 & 10 loved the game room! My boys 22 & 23 and the husbands loved the pool table. The pool was refreshing and enjoyable even though it wasn’t a super warm weekend for phoenix. If you are looking for an adorable place with onsite options for all ages this is your place!

Great stay was close to everything. Ian was quick with responding and even fixed a few of the issues. The people before us must have had a great time as well when we pulled in some of the golf course stuff was in the garbage bin and the grill was used. But the house was great for a 2 night stay. The gang had fun. And we would come back only because Ian responded and helped us when we needed the help.

Dahlia del sol was a Great place for my family to stay to experience the area...Very clean, comfortable and functional house with lots of activities our family of 6 adults and 2 grandsons Loved...I have rented houses all over and I can honestly say Ian is the best host ever...his quick response time is amazing and he goes the extra mile to make your stay special...Highly recommend this place...Les Hall

This Airbnb is rated 5 stars for a reason! Our stay was exceptional and gave us one of the most memorable weekend getaways we’ve had with family and friends in a long time. Ian was extremely accommodating, genuinely thoughtful, very responsive and went way out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable start to finish. The home was everything we expected, allowed us to bring our dog and there was so much to do! It was immaculate, well cared for and set up perfectly for our trip! We had several teenagers who actually stayed off their phones and remained engaged in hanging out the entire time! There was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The pool was clean and the house felt like its own private resort with a pool table, gaming room and even a putting green. We made unforgettable memories here and the experience exceeded every single expectation we had. We had an incredible stay in every way and we would absolutely return without hesitation!

We had a great stay and appreciate the wonderful hosting! We visited Glendale for a sports tournament and this home met our needs perfectly. The location was convenient, the home was clean and comfortable and had a ton of extras that made it a very fun stay. It was great to have so many individual beds and the house is perfect for having a group stay together - lots of fun without leaving the property. Thank you Ian for a wonderful stay - we'd stay again in a heartbeat!
