This Privacy Policy describes how Mesa Global Holdings LLC (“Mesa Global,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our vacation rental websites and our internal business software, including applications that connect to third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online.

Information We Collect

Guests and website visitors. When you request or book a stay, we collect the information needed to manage your reservation: name, contact details, stay dates, party size, and payment status. Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Business and financial data. Our internal software accesses our own company’s financial data (bank transactions, accounting records, and booking records) through authorized connections to services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Plaid, and our property management platform. This data relates to our own business operations and is used solely for bookkeeping, accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell personal information

SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information

We use text messaging (SMS/MMS) only to reply to guests who message us first about their reservation and to coordinate with cleaning contractors who have given us their number. We do not send marketing texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message content and mobile opt-in data are used solely to operate our business and are never sold or shared for others’ marketing. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on access-controlled, privately managed infrastructure. Connections to third-party services use industry-standard authentication (OAuth 2.0) and encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS). Access is limited to authorized personnel of Mesa Global Holdings LLC.

Third-Party Services

We rely on established service providers to operate our business, including booking platforms, payment processors, Intuit (QuickBooks Online), and banking data providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain booking and financial records as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
